2010-3-26 FINAL DAY OF PPKSD

emm.. today was the last day of the programme.. 

feel 50% happy .. cause no need to go again - -..haha..

feel 50% sad.. cause need to separate with all the new frens.. but i sure that we will meet again some other days..

today..sharp 830am.. having a talk from Dr.Supa *for short la).. the director of htar ,klang.. 

the contents of the talk was about the doctor career as well.. 

the talk ended at 930am.. 

afterward having a short tips and advice from cik rani, our beautiful penyelia of this programme.

around 1030am.. we gave back the tag and went back home.. ^^.. 

so, lastly , hope that all will be the best and fine for me  and all those frens i met from this programme..

2010-3-25 4TH DAY OF PPKSD

Emm.. that day wasn't so fun or enjoy..cause i'm was sick at the time.. just took 2 panadols b4 i went to the hosp.. 
nothing special that day ..
just went to wad 3a,g3,1a.. 
that is it.. lols..went back earlier again cause i really can't "tahan" the pain at my head- -!


i think nothing to add on on this day.. - -! chaoz..

2010-3-24 3RD DAY OF PPKSD

Sorry for late update.. Wednesday i'm having on call until 10pm at the night.. 
went back home was almost 11pm.. so tired and need to wake up early in the next day..


em..so continue my story .. 
the 3rd day of ppksd..
morning my group went to wad 8a,7a,and 5a.. i can't remember on the time but we just "curi-curi" finish our session around 12pm.. that was because wad was so bored.. early in the morning all the housemanship was checking their patients and the m.o. was around to check up their works.. 
but luckily when we went to wad 5a.. the orthopedics wad.. we have a little talk from Dr.Natalie.. just having her 2nd posting in orthopedics.. 


and thus, some of my group member was not doing their on call at that night.. so they just went back around 1pm i think.. 


then me and one of my group member--David just wondering around the hosp. and had some chit-chat ....


just skip until the on-call session.. i love that part so much.. 
it was around 7pm at the night..
i went to wad 4A.. the surgery ward..
i'm was followed the Dr.Siva as well. the funny housemen - -!
what i experienced through the on call session was:
- see skin cancer treatment.
- using stethoscope to listen to patient lungs breathing and heartbeat..
- know some of the disease name.. 
-know the on-call jobs .. 
it was so fun having on call..but yet so tired.. that is it.. no need said much more..

2010-3-23 2ND DAY OF PPKSD

So, the journey is on again today at 9 o'clock in the morning..
The 1st department we went to is the O & G .. (obstetric & gynaecology)
it was 9o'clock in the morning , as usual me as a team leader went to the head of nurse office to ask for permission to visit.. from 9 o'clock waiting the sister to come to bring us to visit all those place in O&G . . . 
This part is quite interesting . we went to the ultrasound room to check out how does the prosedure take place and all of that.. it was quite fun to see the imaging show on the monitor.. you can see a little life living in the mother womb ..

what i can comments about o &g is so many pregnant women nowadays.. LOLs.. 
And soon this was ended up around 10:45 am.. then we just head to our next destination..
The Surgery.. oh my god.. i like this so much ..0.0..when we went there.. as usual again, i entered the head nurse room..lols. so funny.. i asked for permission.. and she said that she not time to "layan" all of us.. and she asked how many of you ?..i said eleven.. she really gv me a surprise.. she said with a surprising voice :" what? ... then i repeat again eleven.. i think if i repeat the 3rd time she gonna become unconscious soon ?!..haha..  so we just wait and a nurse bring us go around there and separate us into different room to have some chat with the doctors, nurses... and the room i enter i can experience the way the doctor examine the patient and so on with my own eyes and ears.. so happy when in the surgery deparment.. but still felt sad for the patients i saw today at the room.. so pity with them..this scene make me felt like want to be a doctor to help those who suffer in sickness and pain...!! having a short talk by a surgery doctor.. em.. forgot his name again..lols.. nvm .. just ignore it.. only the words is worth to remember..haha.. 


Afterward we go to have lunch at 1o'clock.. then afterward went to the medical library to "read" medical book .. haha.. i prefer to sleep inside then.. so tired already.. and the condition is so cool.. !! it was nice if have a bed inside the library... 


then again, 2:30pm went to orthopedics department .... 
have a short talk from Dr. Lau Chee Yong.. if i not remember wrong.. sorry for my bad memory..haha....then around 3 pm we went to the meeting room at 3rd floor.. that time the housemanship at HTAR was having a talk inside there.. so nice can see the condition that maybe i will go through it another 6 or 7 years?....but i can observed that the houmanship was all "fishing" inside the room..haha.. (ps: fishing mean mengantuk..the head once down once up..haha)...later it was ended .. we met at the auditorium permata hall again.. and decide our on call session and department .. haiz.. so sad cannot excuse it.. cause my house a little bit far from the hospital..lols.. so i will get on call at tomorrow !! lols.. never mind.. i will just stay at the hospital until night.. 0.0 going to be bored again i think.. cause on call group change again.. 


Well , hope tomorrow all will be fine and be fun ...^^ 

PPKSD 2ND DAY COMMENT:
1.NO COMMENT.JUST HAVING FUN TODAY..

2010-3-22 FIRST DAY OF PPKSD

Well as usual , woke up early in ther morning around 6:45am..
Prepared myself ...having breakfast ... and so on.. .. . .


8:00am -- On my way to go to the HTAR , Klang... Luckily , there's not traffic jam..only took me 
                  around 25mins reached my destination..


8:30am-- Enter the "NEW"bangunan and took a lift up to the 3rd floor (Auditorium Permata--the
                 place where we registered our name and the pegawai there to hv a little talk.. )


8:45am--  checked my name , put a sign beside and i went for the washroom.. (ps: cause it was 
                  too early and i had nothing to do inside the place .. no friend , alone)


9:00-9:25am-- We been seated inside the Auditorium Permata Hall to continue waiting again..


9:30-10:15am-- Hear the talk from Cik Rani.. the beatiful indian women^^... get into own group 
                            too.. We had separated into 11 groups.. Don't know is luckily or unfortunately, i 
                            was "kick" into group 11..The last group but the best group i think..Lols..
                             Meanwhile , many of the participants been scold by Cik Rani CAUSE wearing 
                               T-shirt and jeans ..Lols.. 


10:20am-- Went out from the hall gv a sign again .. then we the 1st group that went to the 
                     Jabatan Forensik !! Lols .. 1st day already met those " bodies" .. We been guided
                       by a sir named Sir Suvarnakumar (if i not mistaken - -! coz i just called him sir 
                      kumar as well XD)..


10:30am-11:30am -- Stay at the forensik department.. start hearing again what those forensik 
                                      was about and blablabla.. (Will susun all the information after this program
                                      in a new updates soon ).. start feel the tired on my legs that time - - 1hours 
                                     standing.. lols..


11:30-12:10pm --  Went to the most interesting part..! the bilik beku ( to saw those "freezer")..
                                we were expose to 2 dead bodies as well.. 1 was death 1month .. another 
                                  was a baby bodies.. so sad..  ( no need to describe much,later i cannot eat)
                                 Meanwhile , we were so luckily that time , cause the pathologist are 
                                 diagnose a fresh dead bodies - -! so we have a free post mortem.. ~ see the 
                                   veins, blood ~~.. huhu.. )..~~this was what going on in the FD. .


12:10pm-1:20pm-- 
wonders around at the new building again.. having lunch at the kafetaria .. . Me only eat rice+chicken+kangkung+4fishball.. it cost me RM4.50.. it okay the price.. but this the staff price ..!! The auntie said if not is cost RM6.70 ..LOLs.. so expensive right ?..haha....


1:20pm-2:30pm
Went to the jabatan kecemasan, where commonly known as ED- EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT.. or can call it A&E.. .. .Because the schedule stated we 2:30 only can visit ED..so , we just wondering around inside the department again.. ~ lols.. so bored.. As the group leader, oh god, so tired, i run up and down to find the nurse wearing blue color uniform.....from 1:30pm until 2:30pm only i found her inside the office but she busy too !! lols..... nvm.. wait again..


3pm-4pm
the nurse brought us continue wondering around the deparment,  we went to red zone 1st .. where is the critical patient is transfer to there.. when enter.. i just hear a sound make me dizzy as well.. BI..BI..BI... - -continue BI BI bi.. lols.. it was the monitor sound that check the patient blood pressure, heart beating and so on.. .. then we went to the yellow zone.. just beside the red zone.. yellow zone is for half critical patient ...then we went to the asma room (C.A.R).. and observe what inside and so on..then, we go to the bilik prosedur.. if i say the JAHIT JAHIT one then u know already rite ?..haha.. on the dot, the doctor is helping a patient to sew his "brain".. just the skin la.. LOLs... then , went to the bilik permerhatian(blue zone).. is like those wad u see in the TV lo.. luckily again , we saw a doctor help a patient to take off the "kapas" that cover it injured leg.. bloody again... ~.. then we go for the green zone.. where the place u sick and come take a paper number and seated to wait for your turn to "see" the doctor.. lols.. afterward we went to the ICR .. BILIK FEVER for common.. that is when u r suspect to hv dengue or h1n1 as well check there and so on.. Had a briefing there with the penolong pegawai perubatan inside the ICR.. lols.. He had said a phrase that "attacked" me , that is , KALAU NAK CARI BANYAK DUIT , JANGAN JADI DOKTOR" !!.. LOLs..  afterward we were separated into two by two small group..my group have 12 person so 6 small group .. this is for we go to the part we visited before to get more inform or knowledge.. so , i a group with shiauling... we went to the red zone again, just stand like a doll inside there - -..lols.. then yellow zone.. and we skipped the other and went to C.A.R again.. We saw a doctor sitting inside look so free..haha,. then we asked him some question and took some advice.. the BAD ADVICE.... haha.. not need to share here i think..lols..then afterward we just say good bye to each other and went back our home..


That is it .. the 1st day of ppksd.. 
Comments: 1. So bored cause need to wait and wait.. 
                     2. Why can't see any post mortem inside the ED - -LOLs..
                     3. Lunch time so long.. 1 and a half hour..lols.. bored again..
                     4. Need to buy our own lunch..why not supply us free ?..haha..
                     5. So many bad advice inside, but , that the real.. !.. 


Before i was 100% want to be a doctor, now become 70% only..Lols.. hopefully tomorrow can add back my 30%..lols.. So, be waiting 23mac to come.. .

Ready to discover the doctor's world

So excited right now .
Can't wait tomorrow to come .

The 1st day of the Program Pendedahan Kerjaya Seorang Doktor..
Will be held at HTAR - HOSPITAL TENGKU AMPUAN RAHIMAH.


Yesterday and Today.. 
Two day go buy all the stuff to wear to the program.. 
Used around RM200+ to buy longsleeve , slack ,shoe .. 
Oh god, that the value to start transform myself to an adult !! . 
Yeah, although i DEC 2010 only become 18 y.o.. 
BUT yet, when i wear those stuff ..
Yeah, make me look so ‘"old"..
Instead of old , i preferTO say i  look mature !haha.. 
Well , only look mature is not enough ! 
The heart also need to  be mature !!


Yet, hopefully the program run perfectly from 22-26mac for me of course ..haha..
Will update my blog continuously from 22-26mac on my experience on the program !!..


Ps: hopefully can make more friends and learn more through the programme !!

JUST GO FOR STPM ?


I applied JPA scholarship.. but it doesn't mean i will get it 100%。
I applied some other scholarship...
but.. 
but..
so many for what?..
do i know what i really like to do actually ?..


Now, i am tired.. confusing.. 
searching for the way..
the way , where i can continue my journey..


HOpe that ,
